Sports and activities: The campuses offer a variety of sports: volleyball, football, tennis,
basketball, badminton, and a gym facility. Moreover, Leysin is located on a ski resort.
with the arrival of the winter, the students have the opportunity to ski and year-round
access to the facility. At the Swiss School of Hotel Management, the campus is perfectly
situated for outdoor activities such as sledging, hiking, cycling, and swimming in the lake
during the summer
Clubs and Committees: The main committee is the Student Ambassador Forum (SAF), a
committee chosen by students, for students. The SAF at the Swiss School of Hotel
Management is responsible for organizing social engagements and helping the students
form not only connections but also memorable experiences. They organize a different
event each Friday. Cultural feasts, student bars, and themed nights are just some of
our weekly events they look forward to on campus. SHMS is also involved in sports
teams for football, basketball, volleyball, badminton, weekly training, and external
competition.
Nightlife: The leading on-campus activity at the Swiss School of Hotel Management are the
student-led banquets. Every semester there are exclusive themed banquets and to
participate in them is considered a privilege. The SAF holds a different event every
Friday. Culture feasts, student bars, and themed nights are some of the weekly events
the students of the Swiss School of Hotel Management look forward to on campus.
Seasonal sports days for students to compete both internally and externally are
organized regularly.
The E-Shop and MySEGApp: The E-Shop and the MySEGApp are both establishments that have been set up and run by the students of the university, promoting business and the institution itself. The E-Shop sells Swiss Apparel and accessories while the app helps the students in better organization of their goals, and the outcomes: for example – entering course information, grades, absences, events, alerts and much more!
