    A comprehensive programme for those who are interested in the world of culinary arts. Our experienced and decorated chef instructors teach culinary demonstrations in front of the class to explain each technique.     Swiss Grand Diploma in Pastry and Chocolate Arts

    Explore the world of European pastry and chocolate arts in Switzerland – the birthplace of milk chocolate.Pastry chef instructors and chocolatiers teach culinary demonstrations in front of the class to explain each technique. While a kitchen is a disciplined environment, the teaching style remains approachable and light-hearted. The final Pastry & Chocolate Master Challenge will give you the opportunity to showcase your skills and creativity.

    Diploma in Vegetarian Culinary Arts

    This comprehensive vegetarian culinary arts programme based in Le Bouveret caters to those who are interested specifically in vegetarian cuisine. Including essential and gourmet classes in Culinary Arts and Pastry & Desserts, you will also learn service etiquette, the importance of balancing nutrition and health and the importance of strict hygiene protocols. An excursion will be organised to industry pillars in the local community each term, ranging from a chocolate factory tour to a sensory lab visit.

    BA (Hons) in Culinary Arts

    Cater to your career with the perfect blend of entrepreneurial learning and culinary skills. The course includes over 1,100 kitchen hours over a 3-year period, 2 internships as well as 3 modules delivered in collaboration with Ritz Paris.
