HTMi is a part of The World Association of Chefs accredited to the culinary centre offering world-class culinary education, training, and career planning. The team is led by Chef Andreas Kurfurst, WACS certified judge, and world champion chef. Two more excellent chefs make up the leadership team: Food and Beverage Manager, Michelle Schuster and Head of Academics, Jack Iveson.The HTMi Swiss Hotel School Culinary Centre has two high tech fully equipped kitchens equipped with fine dining, banqueting and VIP reception catering areas. The Career Centre Team

HTMi has Anett Oroszi as the Career Centre Coordinator at HTMi the Culinary Arts College of prestige to advance the great work of Tiago Fernandes, who now joins HTMi International Development group as Global Employer Relations Executive. Since 2017 Anett has been working in HR and People Development Management roles in Hilton and then in Firmdale Hotels London.

The Events Centre Team

HTMi Switzerland hospitality school is a global leader in events management education and training. Students studying at HTMi Switzerland can apply the many elements that go into the planning and organising of over 100 hundred events each year including wedding events, international gala events, international research conferences, global forums, graduation and awards ceremonies, themed events, cultural evenings, world hospitality student championships, and participation in many global events. In 2020 HTMi competed in the European EMCUP for the top hospitality schools and Culinary Arts Colleges in Europe and was placed 4th overall and 1st amongst Swiss Hotels Schools. Students can study a Postgraduate Diploma, MSc and a BA in Hospitality and Events Management.

The Research Centre Team

The HTMi Switzerland Research Centre was founded in 2008 with the aim of inculcating strong research skills in students, combined with online publication forums, HTMi research conferences, and now through their international-level Global Student Forum and Research Conference. Research is a valuable managerial skill and is a part of the iconic academic DNA at HTMi. From 2008 HTMi has published over 1000 student research papers, all with University academic level reviews, and supported in 25 International Research Conferences. In 2021 HTMi is launching its own higher-level peer-review journal; The Contemporary Issues in Hospitality Journal.
