This is the first academic semester at Glion, which consists of the Practical Arts semester and first Professional internship. From here, you will complete four academic semesters, plus a professional internship, to earn your BA in Hotel Management.
– Semester 4
By joining us in semester 4, you will complete the remaining three academic semesters, plus a professional internship, to earn your Bachelor’s degree.
– Semester 6
With the appropriate academic credits and professional experience, you can join us for the final two academic semesters of the BBA program, enabling you to undertake your choice of career- focused final semester specializations.
Eligibility for a direct consideration for a transfer to Glion for your BA in Hotel Management, you must supply the institution with the following:

- Credit Transfer Policy
The recognition of prior learning and the accreditation of prior learning (referred to as APL) will enhance the educational and professional mobility and aim to broaden the opportunities for lifelong learning starting from your journey at Glion for your BA in Hotel Management.
The APL assessment is made on the basis that learning can be documented and the applicant can demonstrate the standard they achieved from participating in these activities is comparable to the standards in the program in which they are seeking credit.
Requirements for the APL decision- making process are the following:

- An official English language certificate (IELTS, TOEFL, FCE or CAE) is equivalent to the program’s entry requirements as per the GIHE website. Certificates cannot be older than 12 months from the day the certificate has been issued and your course in BA at hotel management starts!
- Previous studies and/or degree: an official copy of all the transcripts (past semesters and current semester) from the institution the applicant attended.
- Academic catalogue/ program syllabus with course unit descriptions/hour
